苦逼的11年7月EB3刚刚拿到RFE。
PREM上的title是 chemist 现在的title是LAB TECHNICIAN.但是job duties基本上相同
。EVL会不会有问题？ 应该怎么办？ | z********7

If you are able to state the occupation code in your EVL, that will be
perfect. If your employer won't sign off that. You will need to reword the
job description or duties to make that similar as that in PERM as much as
you can.
My title changed, and there is no occupation code in my EVL. I just reword
the job duties and try to use the same word as that in PERM. My lawyer said
that
is good enough. I am still waiting for the approval by the IO.
