with you his suggestion and I would appreciate your input.
Essentially, the lawyer suggests me to be patient.
The issue with requesting to relink to EB2 is nobody knows how long it would
take for processing.For instance, we filed the relink request on May 01,
2015. And yet the relink didn't happen at all in May this year. On the other
hand for June 2015 the Visa Bulletin pushed EB2 back to, say, Sep 2011.
What to do next??
I know it is a shitty imagination....but I just wish I could be more
optimistic.
We already have the EAD for over several months. And EB3 is moving OK.
Although it is totally my call, the lawyer suggests me to be patient. |

不是说EB3是真排期么？
My lawyer suggests the same.
EAD is nice to have, but there are still restrictions. Under the current job
market, we just don't want to miss any opportunity to get the green card
earlier.
