TSC looked at both the EB2 and EB3 categories based on the information they
receive directly from the US Department of State). At this point in time,
DOS has informed them not to issue any EB2s for your priority date. This
may change at the start of the new fiscal year on October 1st, but TSC is
not sure yet that it will.

发帖数: 331 | 6 凡事都不一定的，我今天也收到议员办公室的回复，说法就不太一样 (NSC)：
"response to Request for Evidence (RFE), was received on August 07, 2015.
Please, allow time for an Officer to review their application. These
applications remains awaiting review by an Officer and the constituents will
be notified as soon as a decision is made. As soon as USCIS review is
completed, this case will be processed as expeditiously as possible under
applicable laws, regulations and policies. " |
