need your experiences on I-485 filling.
Background:
Wife: EB2, prior date: Sep 2013; filed I-140 and I-485 in Aug 2015.
Husband: EB2, prior date: Dec 2013; filed I-140 in Aug 2014 and been
approved, will file I-485 in Oct 2015.
Under such case, two questions:
1. Can wife file another I-485 with the husband case? If could, what to do?
2. If wife did file I-485 with husband in Oct 2015, can she later file I-485
with her husband in the future, if her I-485 been rejected, she changed a
job shortly?
