了，也付了律师费。
在这种情况下，请问可以再找别的律师做EB2直接降级不？公司应该可以搞定出材料支

发帖数: 66 | 2 I think it might be a good idea to let your current lawyer know that you are
planning to consult another opinion on filing EB3 (another i140 under Eb3).
You probably signed the letter of representation with the current one to
give him the power of attorney.What i said might not be necessary but to
avoid any potential problem it is best to inform the current lawyer .The new
firm/lawyer might need to make sure he can represent you at the same time.
My lawyer offered to file Eb2 and Eb3 at the same time when i was ready to
file 485. So my impression is that Eb2 can file Eb3 without another PERM
with the same employer. Maybe someone here can help you diy the filing or
you can copy the eb2 140 step but under eb3 specification. Make sure your HR
is aware of it and supported to sign the form. I used a local firm
practices in few states. The legal fee was $2000 on top of filing fee. If
you needed, let me know your city to see whether mine can help. |

hourly to look it over for you which can save you a lot of money. Said $200
a hour and two hours needed instead of paying $2000.I used a Chinese lawyer
years ago when I transfer my H1b by paying her two hours to make sure my
filing were correct. good luck. |
