SR response was pending , no further information
Congressman/Senator Inquiry:04/13/2016
485 Approval: 04/20/2016(primary and beneficiary both cases are approved.)
Congressman office case worker called us on 04/13/2016 and told us that they
contacted TSC and we need wait for 30 days, Then today they called us again
to tell us both cases are approved.
Senator case worker asked for information (privacy release for both) on 04/
13/2016, never got back to us.
We assume that it is approved due to the congressman office.
USCIS online status still shows pending, but called and talked level 2
officer to confirm both cases were approved on 04/20/2016.
TSC is not updating their online status. |

Congressman\Senator inquiry do work for some cases.
we contacted one congressman and two senators.
Congressman office is very responsive and contacted USCIS right away. Talked
to them twice on the same day since USCIS gave them wrong information.
One senator is ok. The other senator never responded.
We would suggest you to contact every congressman/senator you can.

再找另一个？
没回复那个senator会不会是因为知道了你已经联系了congressman就不管了？

congressman office called us around 10:30am EST today(04/20/2016) while our
case was approved today(04/20/2016) by TSC confirmed by USCIS level 2
officer.
I would assume that TSC notified our congressman as soon as they approved
our case. This is reason why I believe our congressman's inquiry really
worked for our approval.
没回复那个senator会不会是因为知道了你已经联系了congressman就不管了？
