filing.据说现在要等4-6个月。这期间不能离开美国。现在我老婆公司可以帮忙申请，
但是我有个问题，要是我老婆在申请approve之前离开了她现在公司（但是还是在美国
境内），这个申请还会继续下去么？另外要是申请最后approve了，我们怎么可以追踪

我老婆公司可以帮忙申请? if it's H4, 我老婆公司 is really irrelevant. 老婆公
司 can sponsor her H1 or O1.
这个申请还会继续下去么? if it's H1/O1 sponsored by 老婆公司 and she quit,
that petition becomes useless to her legal status, approved or denied doesn'
t matter If it's H4 EAD, it's not related to 老婆公司, but related to your
