我是6/21 Receipt Date, 9/6 SC， 9/7转去了TSC for faster processing...
之后9/26又一次做了online SC, 10/3打电话催了，又弄了一个SC
刚刚又做了online SC...
我的卡9/16过期了，现在unpaid leave...
欲哭无泪了简直，每天超级焦虑...
下周一去做infopass
不知道还有什么办法能加快 |

发帖数: 6 | 7 I had an Infopass this morning, IO said," 3 months averaging processing time
is for advertising, the actual average processing time is 4 months"... they
won't be able to make internal request in USCIS system when the case is
within in 4 months processing timeline.
IO also said the expedite request may actually slow the processing time down
. The expedite team pull the case out when expedite request is created in
the system. They may not approve the request for expedite if there is no
collaborating evidence for financial hardship. Then they have to put the
case back to normal processing shelf and wait for it to be assigned to an IO
...
My case is still on shelf with receipt date 6/29... not assigned to IO for
final jurisdiction yet...
Must be kidding me... I created an expedite request on call last Friday...
not sure if I should mail TSC my HR letter at this point...
I cannot type Chinese using Mitbbs app...
Hopefully the information can help others who are going to renew EAD/AP... |

我的EAD renewal RD 5/12/16, 9/3/13 收到新 EAD，旧 EAD 已经过期十几天。做了SR
，infopass 都没有用。后来又写了封信陈述需要EAD 的理由（job offer, severe
financial loss),周六用 usps priority mail 寄出去，周一上午还没变化，下午就发
现网上状态就变成了approved.觉得可能不是信的缘故，因为太快了，周一可能还没寄
到uscis. 当时来网上问，有人建议找议员。如果写信还没效果就打算找议员了。 |

that they have been reviewing and doing research on my case, which caused
delay of processing. Now the case is with an immigration officer... Decision
will be given within 60 days...
I have emailed the Congressman of my district. No reply though... I guess I
don't need to provide financial hardship support anymore since they did not
ask for it...
The system is so tricky... If I give them more information to review, it may
cost more time than normal processing...

陆陆续续交了几个online service request 得到的回复是等60天没消息再来。 曾经有
一个customer service 和我说 叫我不要一直做 SR 他说这样子会 keep delay。。。。

发帖数: 6 | 12 Sorry I cannot type Chinese for some reason in the app...
I made another E-request on 10/13, finally got the reply that they have to
do research on my case, which caused the delay. Now the case is assigned to
an IO...
I guess my timing is pretty tricky as there was an RFE for my pending 485 (
physical check expired after a year, had to redo) which I replied on 6/18.
Then I submitted the renewal application on 6/21. One IO told me they maybe
reviewed 485 RFE first, nothing has been done on my renewal case till they
are satisfied with my RFE. |
