pending。
上个月current于是交485，一周后收到485据信说尚未current。于是律师重新提交
request for supervisory review，引述8 CFR Section 204.5(e)，重申现在用的是
EB3 pending 140并提供了LIN#，说明是current的。
昨天收到了第二封据信，理由一样：“Based on the information you provided, a
visa is not imediately available for your priority date."
打算：
1.重新再次提交，看看这次有没有重视；
2.换个center提交；
3.提交同时要求pp eb3 140；

#--------降级485单飞的特殊之处-----
kisskaren比较赞的一点是，有三封cover letter，一封给mail-room拆包的，另外两封
分别放在主副申请人信封里面，并附有文件清单。
我就是在给mail-room的那封cover letter里写清楚是交485是基于pending EB3 140
carrying the priority date of approved EB2 140，并且把EB2 140 approval
notice和EB3 140的Receipt Notice都附上，以此保证我的485不会被mailroom的人退件
。（交完有点后悔没有用彩色笔highlight 关键字，不过想来mailroom的人也会日渐业
务娴熟）

我后来是等不及，pp140并通过了，但是律师也在再提交前fight成功了，移民局说
honor之前的RD。可惜了没用上上面总结的cover letter。
重新提交485就收了，给了第一次提交的RD。
后来的同学们注意早交表，写好cover letter。 |

During the month of xxx, I twice tried to file the adjustment of status
applications of ABC.
Both applications were improperly rejected.
It appears that the mail room does not know that for Employment-Based 1st
through 4th preference filings in October, we were directed to use the Dates
for Filing of Employment Based Applications, and they rejected applications
if the priority date was not current on the Final Action Dates chart on the
State Department's visa bulletin.
I've just submitted the application a third time. It would have been
received on xxx. Fed Ex aaa. For November, we have also been directed to
use the Dates for Filing of Employment Based Applications.
May I please ask for your assistance to ensure that these applications are
not improperly rejected a third time.
Attached please find the Fed Ex tracking information, the USCIS notice
