现在想到的是马上转回原来给我办140的雇主（回原来的雇主也不是那么容易的），但
是原来的雇主现在可能没有完全一样的职位了。

You may extend your H1B status annually in one-year increments if your PERM
petition or I-140 petition was filed at least 365 days prior to the day when

No, in your particular situation you cannot extend your H-1B for an
additional 3 years based on your I-140's approval, because:
1. The 3 year I-140 renewal provision has been put into effect to alleviate
the consequences for a foreign national not being able to AOS after the I-
140 approval due to VISA RETROGRESSION (backlogged employment based green
card category). In this instance your EB is current and you face no backlog
due to visa retrogression.
What the new employer must instead due is make sure to FILE PERM on your
behalf no later than 1 year prior to your H-1B expiring . This way employer
will be able to file as many 7th year H-1B extensions on your behalf as
necessary, should your EB category become backlogged again and you are
unable to file I-485 after an I-140approval. This is particularly important
if you are a native of India or red China |

保证可以三年
