好像如果 file EB2 for Exceptional Ability, the initial evidence must include
at least 3 of the 6 types of evidence listed below. 但是 file NIW 无此要求(
i.e.,至少6条中满足3条)？NIW 不是也属于EB2，算不算EB2 for Exceptional Ability
中的一种？I am confused.
1) Have you received a degree, diploma, certificate or similar award
from a college, university, school or other institution, relating to the
field of exceptional ability?
2) Do you have at least ten years of full-time experience in your field?
3) If required, do you have a license or certification to practice in
your profession or occupation?
4) Have you or will you command a high salary or other remuneration for
your services, which demonstrates your exceptional ability?
5) Are you a member of professional associations?
6) Have you been recognized for achievements and significant
contributions to your industry or field?

你贴的这个USCIS网页，网上一级，
你可以看到EB2-NIW也可以是 advanced degree category
里面就没有这些membership或者工资之类的要求
我的理解是：
EB2有两类： advanced degree 或者 exceptional ability
这两类都可以claim NIW |

发帖数: 6509 | 3 NIW包括Advance degree和Exceptional Ability两个子类，如果你不是学历问题，建议
选前者，直接证明贡献就行。
我是因为学历最高直到Bachelor等价，前年不得以走第二条。我连IEEE Member都拿出
去凑三项，你要有IEEE Senior Member会好点。
再说你不是EB1B都过了吗，还玩NIW干啥 |

里面规定 for NIW：You must meet at least three of the criteria below* and
demonstrate that it is in the national interest that you work permanently in
the United States. 这和我发的第一个帖子中的要求类似。是说我还是需要提供
Evidence of professional membership? (我只符合1 & 6，其他条件不符合)
1) Official academic record showing that you have a degree, diploma,
certificate, or similar award from a college, university, school, or other
institution of learning relating to your area of exceptional ability
2) Letters documenting at least 10 years of full-time experience in your
occupation
3) A license to practice your profession or certification for your
profession or occupation
4) Evidence that you have commanded a salary or other remuneration for
services that demonstrates your exceptional ability
5) Membership in a professional association(s)
6) Recognition for your achievements and significant contributions to
your industry or field by your peers, government entities, professional or
business organizations
7) Other comparable evidence of eligibility is also acceptable. |

请问您这条信息在官网上哪里能找到？我看到的这个表格（https://www.uscis.gov/
working-united-states/permanent-workers/employment-based-immigration-second-
preference-eb-2）好像是对所有 NIW applicants 都适用。是我理解错了还是这是新
规定？
