RRFE 2/7/2017
转眼RRFE一个月了，一点动静没有。我一月初的时候联系了议员，做了SR，催来了RFE
，当时SR回复是assigned to officer... 我上周又联系了议员让她帮我问问为什么
rrfe以后这么久没动静，议员已经彻底不理我了。再次做SR还没有回复。
我这情况现在还能怎么催一下？有没有可能降级没relink上？我从来没有在SR里问过
relink的情况，因为之前说assigned toofficer并且有了RFE我就默认relink上了，但
怎么现在看来有点危险啊…… |

kind same situation here RRFE 2/23, plan to contact congresswoman next week,
it's gonna be our third time bothering her. she did help with first two,
not sure if she will lose patience... |

不过nsc没啥问题，你时间也还算正常范围，估计马上就绿了：)

might be wrong with our relink, or something else.
About our relink, this is what we find out from the congresswoman
As indicated in correspondence which the Nebraska Service Center (NSC)
Congressional Unit sent to your attention in Congresswoman xxx office on
December 23, 2016, the previously submitted request to transfer the basis of
Ms. Xxx permanent residency case from the approved EB-2 petition to
the approved EB-3 petition was conveyed to the Employment-Based Form I-485
Unit at the NSC. Based on the recent examination of your constituent鈥檚
permanent residency case by an adjudicating officer, it appears that the
aforementioned transfer request was reviewed. However, please note that
USCIS notices confirming actions such as this are not generated.
we asked attorney if this means relink has not been confirmed yet, and we
should send another relink letter with RFE, but she doesn't think it's
necessary "With regards to the email below, my interpretation is that the
relink was successful. Moreover the mere fact that you are getting an RFE
for the medical means they are ready to process your I485 so that is proof
that the relink was successful"

我做过一个tsc的统计，从rrfe到绿平均15-16天，90%在30天之内，最多52天

，交rfe一个月之内根本不用这么着急催。

发帖数: 489 | 12 那个case有爆绿吗？不过tsc的问题是上个星期基本没批eb，那个case倒是赶在之前批
掉了…
其实最后等得最难熬了，想催绿着急很能理解……
