3) The record establishes that you are the Principal Applicant of an
Employment-Based (EB) Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent
Residence or Adjust status. In order to continue processing of your case,
you must submit a properly completed and signed Supplement J, Confirmation
of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204(
j), showing that the offer of intended permanent employment as stated in the
Form I-140 immigrant petition continues to exist or that you intend to port
to a new offer of employment in the same or similar occupational
classification as the job specified in the underlying Form I-140.

要是我收到，我就会打印Instructions for I-485, Supplement J，高亮里面说不需要
的段落
btw: 485 receipt上没说不需要Form-J，也可能是模板 |

NIW的140没有所谓的bina fide job, 所以RFE里的“the offer of intended
permanent employment as stated in the Form I-140 immigrant petition”是not
applicable to NIW。除非niw是公司申请，不是个人申请的。
如果是我，除了高亮Instructions for I-485, Supplement J说不需要填的段落，会附
上employment letter说明自己还在同领域工作，并写一个cover letter说明上述理由。 |

explained to IO that eb1a did not need J form, and she understood that. |

刚收到律师的回话说是 USCIS 的错误，让我告诉他们我的I-140 是NIW case.
我打算写个statement说明情况，另外再弄份新的EVL说明还在同一领域工作。
以后再来汇报结果。
我的case是NSC， PD 10/2012， RD 6/2015. |

因为随信给的那个回复 rfe 的信封上的uscis 的地址是PO box. 我去Fedex 问了他们
说Fedex 不给寄PO box 的地址。usps priority mail 挺快的，两天就到了，有
tracking 还不贵。

“with this page on top"的纸？
