我的情况如下
-My 485 Receipt Date is 4/21/2017
-My EB3 I140 was approved 6/19/2017 (downgrade from EB2)
-Priority Date 4/28/2014
-Already got the combo card
我的问题是
-In my case, can I change my job 6 month after 485 RD without losing my
current PERM? Is it 6 month after 485 RD, i.e. 10/21/2017 in my case?
-How soon can I start H1b transfer if I want to change job? Is it also 10/21
/2017 in my case?
-What documents or things are needed for H1b transfer process? | l*******n

To start the process, please send over a copy of the petition letter
including the duties and job requirements that was submitted with your last
H-1B petition to USCIS and the information/documentation listed in the
attached information sheet at your earliest convenience. In addition, please
provide the following information about the employer/petitioner:
1 Employer's name and Federal Tax ID Number
2 Office address, telephone and fax number and your work location
3 The year the company was established
4 Number of current employees
5 Gross annual income for the most recent year or other information to
establish the financial ability
6 Name, title and email of the person who will review and execute the H-1B
petition
7 Corporate website address
8 Any other information/documentation would help to clarify and establish
the need to add a new employee at professional level
Please provide information for Item 1, 2 & 6, and your job title and salary
as soon as possible for LCA filing. Please note the email address requested
in Item 6 will be used for filing the Labor Condition Application. Under
current iCERT system, it could take the Labor Department a week or more to
approve/certify the Labor Condition Application. As USCIS will reject any H-
1B petition submitted without a certified LCA, we would need extra time to
work on the H-1B paperwork by making online submission of the LCA ahead of
