今天一天都没能发出几份简历。有个前同事倒是愿意内推我，但是他们公司现在那些
POSITION 没有我能干的。
心里想这60天内是找不到工作的。问问有没有从H1B转到B2的，如何办理？ |

发帖数: 41 | 2 Same thing happened to me in 2011, I was able to find a job within 30 days.
There were no written rules about 60 days grace period. I was lucky enough
to get my new H1B.
It's easier to get H1B transfer then getting a green card sponsorship,
because less paper work is involved.
So I would recommend you to find a company that you would willing to work
for long period, then after 2~3 years ask for green card sponsorship.

I am worrying about not able to load a job within 60 days. That is why i was
thinking of having to transfer to B2.

I would have the B2 application form ready now, but not to file it until the
end of the 60-day period.

发帖数: 727 | 7 我今天跟几个RECRUITER谈了一次，感觉希望渺茫。
我原来以为30天UNPAID LEAVE PLUS 60 天GRACE PERIOD。但是那个30天UNPAID LEAVE
是不能用的，因为拿不出PAYSTUB。
自己这2年在那公司没学到有用的东西，却把原来的SKILL给忘了。

问一下，你们有无知道这个I-539 从H1B转B2 的要寄到哪里？
是寄到USCIS CENTER(CALIFORNIA, VERMOUNT）， 还是DALLAS 的LOCKBOX?
我从USCIS网上看到的是寄DALLAS LOCKBOX, 但是不确定是否正确。

发帖数: 210 | 13 我去年转过。从H1B到B2（律师帮忙弄的)，然后找到工作，用PP申请H1B（不能是
TRANSFER,因为DISCONNECT).现在没有PP,可能你需要回国走面试。我一个朋友是用的2
个月的GRACE PERIOD,但是找到工作，公司要求回国走面试。
先努力找，不行的话，到最后一个星期再申请B2也不迟。但是不知道是不是找到工作后
都要求回国签证才可以上班。最好找几个律师咨询一下这个情况 |
