更confusing的是Fragomen发的这段话：
“
In addition, please note that the USCIS is denying Form I-131 Applications
for Advance Parole (AP) when the applicant departs the U.S. before the AP
Document is issued because the I-131 application will be considered
abandoned. Thus, we recommend you to use your H-1B visa to travel
internationally if you left the U.S. after your I-131 application was
submitted to the USCIS. Although you have been issued an EAD-AP combo card,
your ability to return to the U.S. might be impacted if your I-131
application would be considered abandoned during the inspection. If you
have traveled internationally while I-131 application was pending, and you
do not have a valid H-1B visa in your passport, please contact our office
before you plan a next international travel.
