professor and the chair told me informally that my research load would be 90
%. In deed, I will be teaching only one course per semester during the first
2-3 years and the rest of the time will be on research.
The university is willing to support my Eb1B green card application. However
, when I consult my lawyer, he suggested me to go to Eb1A. One of the

not need the sponsorship from the university. I see no point of going with

or outstanding researcher? If so, how to make the decision? My lawyer told
me if a professor applies Eb1B as an outstanding researcher, it may confuse
the immigration officer. Does this make sense?
