有文章发表的话，还能在文章发表后的一年以内申请专利吗？
文章发表是按照会议开会时间，还是首次提交需要review的时间开始算呢？
看专利的首页说明，有一些 Filed date 和 Date of Patent 相差很多年，那个20年是
从filed
date 开始算吧？Prior publication data 和 Related application data什么的是相
关的
技术的说明吗？为什么有些得日期比filed date还晚呢？

Say you gave a talk on June 17 2009,then you must file at least a provisional patent before June 17, 2010. Only US allows filing a patent application after public disclosure. In Japan, EU and China, no patent can be filed after any public disclosure.
