年博士或者待业强。
最近收到另外一个卧佛（one year visiting Assistant Professor at a private
balanced school)。一年薪水比前一个多两万，且一学期少教一门课。有研究补足，也
鼓励教师做研究。这个学校秋季就开始明年的tenure-track position search. 他们也
非常鼓励我申请。一旦拿到tenure-track position,工资还要再涨一两万。
我不怎么想去纯teaching的学校。理想的学校应该至少是 | s***r

have more challenge in your future professional endeavor, I believe that the

their "promise" means nothing. You may not get any advantage by applying
their position when you are already there. If your go and the first-year
teaching evaluation is not good, it may bring you more negative impact.
