funding跟NSF不一样，是不能带走的。
请问一下我这2年还应该申请funding么？现在申请了批下来估计也就剩1年左右或者1年
不到。 所以肯定都结不了题。而且如果是我中止funding，很麻烦也很伤rp。
但是如果不申请funding，record不好，会影响明年重新找工作。

if you get a national funding: depending on the bilateral agreement between
your new country and current one, there are some possibilities. check your n
ational funding agency's webpage for FAQs
if you get an EU funding: usually not a problem, sometimes also depending on
your univ's policy
if you get an industry funding: well, depending on how you talk with the ind
ustry partner!
