首先，我认为不要主动说已经有OFFER的事情。如果对方问，就诚实回答，但如果不问
，最好不要主动说。
其次，不管怎样的学校，你怎么样不想去，都要表现的很热情。因为，其实对方很容易
就看出你的态度。像你说的第一所学校，你自己都觉得没精神，也感觉到别人更热情，
其实他们都看出来你不是很感兴趣。如果他们遇到另一个人，背景跟你差不多，但表现
的更有兴趣，他们会选那个人的。
建议就是，在拿到OFFER之前，应该无论在哪个学校都表现很热情，拿到OFFER再说，这
是对对方尊重也是对自己负责。我的方法是，面试时努力看这个学校好的方面忽略负面
因素，回家后再综合正负面的因素。当然，如果你是大牛不在乎这些小学校，自然可以
表现的无所谓。

周不行，我有另外一个面试，其余时间都可以。结果他们就再也没理我，直到给我发据
信，说他们找到人了。

果另外一个Offer有时间限制，你可以用这点来催他们。所以我不明白为什么lz要自己
主动提另外一个offer却又说时间上不急，很有炫耀的嫌疑，会让人觉得有点傲慢的，
my 2 cents。不过话说回来，如果他们很喜欢你觉得你是个good match，他们仍然会给
你offer的，多琢磨无益，该干嘛干嘛。

较温和，你说我已经有那xxx的offer了，你给不给我offer呢，多半就会被甩；但是如
果妞比较火爆，比较强势，你说你有那xxx的offer了，那xxx和这个妞档次差不多造成
一种竞争状态，弄不好这个妞反而会给你发offer。可能如果候选人足够好，而且学校
档次也比较高，那么可能说其他的offer会有正面效果，但是如果学校档次比给你offer
的那所差一些，那么多半不会再给你offer，学校也和妞一样有自尊？我猜是这样的。 |
