negotiate的时候大家都主要跟他们提什么要求？
我想了想，大概是
(1）Research start-up funding (for RA, for hardware, for software), anything
else?
How many years can I ask for? 1 year? 2 years?
(2) Teaching
Ask to reduce workload in the first two semesters.
(3) Confirm benefit (insurance + retirement). But this generally is standard
, so not much to negotiate, right?
(4) Relocation?
Anything else that I forget?

有时间才能学习、研究、申请经费、指导学生。所以我个人建议你把teaching放在第一
。工资
放在第二（因为这是个基数，影响几年甚至十几年）。经费需要就看你的学科了。
