details about it (salary, moving, teaching load, etc.), should I wait till
I get an offer letter and negotiate about the salary and other details?
So far, they have submitted everything to the faculty office and told me
that they would let me know if there is any update. But I am a little
confused, if I cannot do the offer negotiation now, would it be too late

-> they call you to extend you an oral offer without expecting you to say
much on the phone
-> you get an official offer letter
-> you go through the letter THOROUGHLY and respond ONCE THOROUGHLY
-> they will send you an updated letter
