发帖数: 1478 | 1 我现在是POSTDOC,秋季开始在学校A做TT Assistant professor. 在现在的学校B,可以
申请做Adjunct AP.B 校已经同意。
B学校不付钱，只是挂名，对他们来说，我发文章可以算他们的CREDIT，而且如果将来
我愿意可以暑假在B校教课，到时候再付教课的费用，但那是后话，而且也不是硬性要
求。对B校来说，还有一个好处是我可以指导他们的学生，独立或者跟系里其他教授合
作指导。这个对我来说没什么问题。因为现在我就在做这样的事情。
就目前来说我觉得对我自己的好处是因为学校B名气大很多，所以听起来比较好。对将
来申请GRANT,跟其他人合作也许会容易一些。
我的问题是：
1）这样会不会有些什么对我不利的问题？我想了很久，觉得应该没什么，但希望有经
验的人提醒一下。
2）这件事要不要跟A校说？因为我认为对A校来说没有任何影响，所以我还没告诉他们
。我猜想即使将来他们知道了也不会反对。

don't spend too much time on this. it would be viewed as zero-effort thing,
and should be treated as such. | h********0

If LZ can write some proposal together with some Niu ren in B school, then
it should be helpful to LZ for the
tenure, right?
