before the NIH grant counsil meeting on Oct.
I was told by some guys back from NIH study section, 2011 payline should be
similar to 2010, although it seems 2012 could decrease |

Only after the Congress approves the budget, NIH will make the funding
decision on most proposals.
The FY2010 budget was approved in Dec, 2009 or early in 2010, therefore,
most ppl had to wait until Feb, March or Even April 2010.
