interview. He told me that there will
be no seminar talk. Just meeting the dean, provost, and Heads of other
departments. Will this be a good sign?
I will appreciate any suggests on how to deal with such an interview.

It's usually called 2nd "visit" instead of "interview" because in most cases
they have decided to give you an offer at this point. 2nd visit is the time
to talk about all the details, startup, lab/office space, spouse, visa/
green card, etc.

invited for the 2nd, or there are other
competitors.
