Tier 2 = 3/5 -20: e.g. Vanderbilt, CaseWestern, UPittsburg, etc.
But it's medical school. Overall med school ranking does not mean much.

除非你有自己的钱，不然的话以后你用RAP 的身份去申请正经的tenure-track
position 很容易受到歧视。
