transferable? A program manager at ONR said the projects were written based
on my current state's facilities and such - never heard of it moving.....

university allows. So, better not burn the bridge... | h********y

not start the process, i will not know the result. If they start it, then my
current university will know. so what should i do? it will be a lot of
funding, nearly 1m.
