感觉PO 和 GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST 回信很积极，很快。
但是po前几天说了：
“I can’t tell you anything definite at this time, as reviews are still
ongoing and there haven’t been any funding meetings yet. However, you
should be pleased with this score. It’s quite possible that you won’t be
funded this time around, but I would think you’d be able to take the
reviewers’ comments and come back in with a fine revision. If you would
like to talk once you get your summary statements, please feel free to
contact me again and we can set up a phone call.“
今天GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST的回信说：
“ No deadline, but the sooner you get it submitted, the sooner an award
can be made.“
