suspend work, reduce the scope of work, or partially or completely terminate
contracts. Additionally planned contract actions for new work may be re-
scoped, delayed or canceled depending on the nature of the work and the
degrees to which it directly supports the agency’s mission goals.
NASA. It is possible that NASA contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, or
Space Act agreements may be affected. In addition, planned actions for new
and existing work may be re-scoped, delayed, or canceled depending on the

基础上再减一次。从15年开始，才会非常缓慢的增加。大约8年后，funding水平能回到
2012年。
