lead a center on clinical genome informatics. Two years ago, I asked many
friends on whether I should go to academics or join a very promising startup
as a founding member. Almost all friends told me to join the startup,
including many friends on this board. I took the advice and built the team
from scratch. The company is growing very well, but I always feel that
something is missing in my life. Today, I finally made the decision and
discussed my leave with the company.
A challenging road is ahead of me, but I think that I should follow my heart
