1）基本工资
2）启动资金（买电脑服务器的，开会旅游的）
3）一个学生RA资助（包括学费保险）
我在negotiate的时候该重点抓住哪（几）个？都应该用什么理由去谈呢？还有要不要
把办绿卡这项也要求写到offer上呢？

2) publication fee (5-10K/yr for 2-3 yrs) |

Startup and salary are harder to negotiate if you don't have other offers.
Just be a little bit careful. If this is a public school, you can check
other AP's salary and know how good is your offer. |

I am not sure if the salary is based on individuals' experience. Mine is in
the middle of the range. Those who get higher salary has more experience
then me.
Should be the green card support written on the offer?
