没得到回信，今天有发了封信。
信里就说it seems the proposal is pending in the fast lane, I wonder if this
reflects the most up to date status of the proposal. 大家都能及时收到回信吗

发帖数: 3433 | 4 现在PM应该很忙吧,很多program都在做决定。 我的也pending超过6个月了，也没变态
，因为怕打扰PM没敢发email。等得过程很难受，不过好像现在除了等待没有更好选择.

发帖数: 3433 | 7 不好说. 我有一个competitive的proposal过了10个月挂了. 如果PM勤快,那可能PM不确
定是不是有钱fund. 如果PM拖拉,那proposal可能是不fund. 你看看你的proposal
status date变了没, 没变就接着等,变了就没戏了.

status上次变又快有1个月了，还是没消息。下一个都没办法投了... |
