业后一直在公司，没什么学校teaching的经验。学校让她过2周去面试一下，对方提到
“please expect a short teaching demo presentation on a topic covered in xxx
or xxxx and a plan to develop a successful educational research program. I
think presentations should be limited to 40 minutes or so to allow
discussion and comments”.
我没这方面的面试经验，这个课程是基本的大一的物理课。 是不是可以网上搜下相关
内容，自己组织个lecture，讲解清楚就行了？“a plan to develop a successful
educational research program”讲些什么啊？ |

另外那个基本上就是希望你做research，但是这里没钱没条件，你怎样用最差的条件折
腾出科研结果出来，而且最好能有本科生参与的那种 |

that. Typically adjunct positions are not paid well, way below the industry
average. Many adjunct lecturers are just part-timer and have other full time
industry jobs.
BTW, it's not such a big deal to hire an adjunct lecturer, since your
contract can be terminated any time. |
