Starting April 3, 2017, USCIS will temporarily suspend premium processing
for all H-1B petitions. This suspension may last up to 6 months. While H-1B
premium processing is suspended, petitioners will not be able to file Form I
-907, Request for Premium Processing Service for a Form I-129, Petition for
a Nonimmigrant Worker which requests the H-1B nonimmigrant classification.
We will notify the public before resuming premium processing for H-1B
petitions. |

意保证上班前OPT能批下来。
现在OPT要提前几个月申请吧？H1B加急大约一个月批下来。

运气好的可以更快 如果officer接受应急处理的话
ps 还以为发考题都可以eb1呢 也担心签证问题 hehe

发帖数: 121 | 4 仔细看了一下，貌似暂停期间还是可以申请加急处理，只是会按照个案来分析
While premium processing is suspended, petitioners may submit a request to
expedite an H-1B petition if they meet the criteria on the Expedite Criteria
webpage.
对于faculty来说，如果opt即将到期而h1b不能批下来的话应该会造成Severe
financial loss to company or person，以这个理由应该就可以申请
加急处理了？ |

发帖数: 8821 | 5 H1B可以加急的时候两周内必出结果（批准），不是一个月。其实加急很多都在3-5天批
准了。
