report.
一个三年的项目，去年7.1开始，所以第一个budget period今年6.30结束。
官方规定（NSF 17-1, p.88）：
"annual project reports should be submitted electronically no later than 90
d
ays prior to the end of the current budget period to allow adequate time for
the cognizant Program Officer to review and approve the report"
所以应该3.31以前交annual report？
“the report is considered due during the 90 day period. The report
becomes overdue the day after the 90 day period ends.”
这是什么意思？4.1-6.30都算due,7.1以后算overdue. 那么我到底什么时候提交annual
report? 3.31-6.30中的任何时间，还是3.31以前？
学校系统里显示3.31due，NSF的Reserach.gov显示7.1是report overdue data. |

manager will be upset if you often submit after the overdue date. Most PIs
commonly submit it between the due date and the overdue date. |

This sounds interesting and a bit weird... something with a "due date" and
another "overdue date". I always feel "overdue" is a status (ie., you fail
to do something by the deadline or due date) instead of a specific date...

发帖数: 3962 | 4 我是这样理解的：一年结束的时候是due date。但是我们有一个90天的窗口。
但是千万不要等到一年结束的时候提交。万一PM不马上批，就变成overdue了。
我一般在over due之前三周提交。 |
