一般他不应该fund第二个，因为，第二个如果是2月投的，应该是归FY 2019，不应该算
到FY 2018.
一般pending administrative review的下一步就是award prepared.

which is the correct response. Some will said that you are funded, but that
's very rare.

Yes, please go ahead and submit the JIT.
Since you submitted a revised application, and since the A1 application
scored better, we will consider that instead. Its administrative review will
take time (i.e., need to go through the council, etc.).

What you wrote about the start dates is most likely correct. It will all
depend on when a decision can be made.
Please note that no decision to fund your application has been made yet. So
it may or may not get funded |
