市，餐馆，不知道有哪些选择？我目前没车，是不是一定要买车？

Davie居中。中国店不多， 没车没法活，这个天气在外面走十分钟估计就得中暑。 |

发帖数: 231 | 3 同意楼上的。WESTON是最好的选择，环境十分优雅，安静。就是有点小贵。我现在住在
WESTON.当然，如果环境不是考虑的首要因素的话，SUNRISE,DAVIE,PEMPROKE PINES或
者COOPER CITY都可以考虑。MIAMI的中国店非常不怎样，虽然分布很多，但是货品都不
怎样，凑合的买。
最好考虑买车。否则极度不方便。。 |

相对来说population比较年轻一点。别的sunrise，weston也都可以。不过从weston到
davie走I-595和从sunrise去davie走university drive, 早晚高峰时期堵车会是一件头
痛的事。 |

No need to use the crowded ones.

How much the price for a single family house, ~2000sf, 3~4bedrooms and
2bathroom? Roughly.
How long to drive to Miami downtown or Fort Lauderdale during the traffic
hour?

with interior and exterior decoration...
Roughly,a 2000sf,3-4 bedrooms which was build from 1995-2005 with 1-2 garage
and basic interior decor(pile/carpet,not marble floor...)the price should
be around $280k-$400k
My husband is working in Miami downtown.To be frank,if you choose to drive
from Weston to downtown,it is definitely not fun!Please prepare45 mins- 1
hour(without traffic jam) and 30mins-45mins to Fort Lauderdale

traffic lights.

traffic lights. Most of times there's no need to go highway if you travel
between adjacent cities.
