TO can void his contract with Niners. It was in his contract. The difference
is about the deadline of doing so. The NFL ask the NFLPA ( player association)
to inform TO that the deadline is late Fed( can not remember the exact date).
However, in TO's contract it is specified very clearly that the deadline is
early March. And worst of all, TO's agent ( who only
has one client, TO) claimed that he didn't get the message. |
