Big Safety: 6'2" and 210lbs. on to 230lbs.+ [but no more than 235lbs.]
Average Safety: 5'11" 190lbs on to 200+ pounds
Small Safety: 5'9" 180lbs.

"The average height for a cornerback in the NFL is about 5"11 190lbs and
VERY fast. However in modern football the best corner backs tend to be in
the 6"1 205lb range (Champ Bailey, Nnamdi Asomugha, Chris McAlister to name
a few). The reason for this is because height is becoming a "must have"
factor for a lot of coaches and GM's for their WR's so CB's are having to
get taller and more physical to keep up."

发帖数: 10757 | 16 高个CB向来吃香啊，只不过有6-2还能cover的CB实在太少了。CB hip movement和
flexibility非常重要，这个大个就很难，CB有一大半时间背对QB，跟Safety完全不一
样，很多college能打CB的高个到NFL都改Safety了。
