If it is just the two of you, yes. But if there is a 3way tie you would not
use the head to head tiebreaker because the Seattle and Atlanta did not play
each other. As i said earlier, Atlanta would win that 3way tie breaker
based on strength of victory, leaving Seattle and Minnesota tied for the 6th
seed, with Seattle winning based on head to head (since it is no longer a 3
way tie)

如果都是9-7，3 way tie，楼上有解释，发空赛程强度占优，先进；然后，海鸟赢过味
精，接着进；
如果跟发空2 way tie，只能是它俩9-7，海鸟应该common games占优
