Maintenance cap has already been reduced from 60% to 50%
These were changes that were not supposed to go in until the next season (
according to the developer's notes). Instead they are in effect now.
All light offensive magic gets nerfed.
this really sucks. big changes in the middle of a season and it's even worse
than the fighter nerf last time.
