my account was locked 2 weeks ago, i still can not understand what went
wrong. i looked through the emails, there were several auctions got
cancelled. other than that, i do not see anything unusal.

也可能是你的paypal info 与bnet info冲突
ticket 要多等等
电话比较快，不过肯定也是要hold 很久
