是外貌协会的，所以想买外表有特点的枪。什么Beretta CX4，KelTecSub2000看起来都
很cool
以前断断续续关注过枪版的帖子，H1B要去hunter education，拿hunting license，跑
到dealer哪儿background check，被拒一两次，etc etc，最终脱层皮，买到枪。
就准备这样了，hunter education class也约了。
然后有一天，上网时有一些帖子说只有licensed firearm dealers才需要进行
background check。Gunshow上有一些private dealer可以合法的不进行background
check。那和他们买枪不是就省得被拒了吗？维州还隔三差五就有些Gunshow，有些还挺
近。
这在法律上有问题吗？靶场归来，不幸在roadblock被警察叔叔例行检查，警察叔叔会
找你麻烦吗？
另外，从可执行角度上考虑，Gunshow上是不是没多少private dealer，他们卖的是不
是旧枪烂枪，选择比较少。请教请教大家，谢谢。 |

发帖数: 697 | 5 VA的法律有点意思，VA resident从FFL买枪需要background check，非公民基本都会被
delay。但是VA resident之间的transfer简单的多，只要出示两份ID。VA的Hunting
license不需要专门上Hunting education class，花银子可以直接买。
以后买枪楼主可以试试联系Handcream，这里许多VA的老中的枪都从他店里进的。 |
