4.2Ghz (200x21) stable with Hyperthreading off, need +80mv vcore and +20mv

Should be able to get 4.2Ghz stable with HT on with higher voltage. However
the Foxconn motherboard increases vcore under heavy load and with HT on the
temperature goes over 90C during LinX test. Most other X58 boards decrease
vcore under heavy load.
My rig:
