sometimes (not all the time) quote this when they are talking about the good
part of the history and blame only the leader solely for the bad part.
Leaders play a big role in history, that is it. They ride on the tide which is
created by the people. Without a single person, the history will be a little
different, but not that much. For example, the WWII will happen and Jews will
