请问大家都是怎么找criteria for selection as a judge？什么算是documentary
evidence to establish how the beneficiary’s participation of uncommon or
otherwise noteworthy？

和 Reviewers are selected based on high level of ...
另外我用ASSOCIATE EDITOR 的EMAIL来论证UNCOMMON。
比如他写道：
it is hard to find experts with working knowledge of ...
不过我也还是RFE的准备过程中，不知道以上的EVIDENCE是否充足。 |
