Spouse and all Children of the Person for Whom you are Filing"?
Applying for Adjustment of Status? x Yes x No
In my case, my children and the other half are all in the US.
I am filing for just EB1A I-140 alone for now.
No 485 filing.
Waiting for some pointers. Appreciate any response!!

发帖数: 73 | 4 I can only apply for them when my own I-140 is approved. That's why I am
doing 2 steps: I-140 first, when approved will file I-485 along with the
whole family.
Right?

remember I read somewhere in the I-140 instruction that the USCIS wants to
have an estimation of the number of people who will need green card in the
near future. |
