APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on

上网一查Post-Decision Activity, 怎么又反回去了一步呢？

Do you have idea where to file renew EAD, with 485 pending in NSC, but live
in TSC now ?
(according to the Instruction, I should renew to TSC, but 485 is
in NSC... confused).

发帖数: 100 | 3 是没问题吗？我的485在tsc，但我的律师说，因为07年那拨current潮的人到现在基本
都要 renew了，所以最近一段时间的renew时间take特别长。
但ead又不能提早120天交，所以时间给的越足越好。
我在wxc上看到有个人的帖子，好像情况跟你类似。

I believe your case has no any problem, wait 7-10 days for the card delivery.
My LD's EAD is expiring this Oct, we was thinking GC will be OK recently,
and delayed the EAD renewal..
