one do you think is better, considering the case is ambiguous somewhere in
between strong and week.
pros and cros:
1) give enough time for IO to review and likely no RFE
2) push IO to decide quickly and save money.

were you, I would concurrently file I-140 and I485, using PP.
I still regret not having filed 485 when I PP-ed my 140. It seems 485
processing has been real slow these days...

have concurrent filing, unless you are very confident that you will get
approved.

发帖数: 4418 | 9 it does not matter. What matters is that in the future, your spouse will
have to say yes to "whether someone has filed immigration petition for you"
in the F1 visa renew or OPT application or other any non-immigrantion visa
application. Then, it will almost certainly be denied because of your spouse
's obvious immigration intent.
